Floor Maintenance, Carpet, Tile, Concrete:
- Vacuum and remove spots from all carpeted areas including stairs.
- All ceramic and resilient floor areas dust mopped.
- All ceramic and resilient floor areas damp mopped.
- All concrete areas swept and scrubbed including parking areas
or underground parking lots.
- Wash all restroom floors with a germicidal solution.
- Bonnet carpets.
- Steam clean carpets.
- Dry clean and maintain carpeted areas.
- Strip and wax all ceramic and resilient floor areas.
- Buff and polish all ceramic and resilient floor areas.
- Scrub and finish all ceramic and resilient floor areas.
